We provide the Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) community with various gaming services. These games are out there for your enjoyment, but all too often players are finding that certain aspects seem more like work than play. That's where we come in. We do our best to make your virtual life easier!
How do I know I can trust you with my account?
Yeh! for Games is a U.S. based private corporation governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. We have legal responsibilities towards our customers and a reputation to uphold. We are not some obscure foreign company who can just run away with your account or your money without consequences. How do I place an order with Yeh! for Games?
All of our services have a specific webpage and a dedicated section for "Ordering" where you can place your order. Click the "Buy Now" button which will add the service to your shopping cart. From there, you can either checkout or continue shopping. Within 2 hours from placing an order, you should receive an email from one of our Customer Service Representatives letting you know that your order has been processed and the approximate time of beginning and completing your service.
How long does it take to start once I place an order?
Usually, the order will start right away. However, we have a lot of return customers and can get quite busy at times. Sometimes we have orders waiting in queue. Basically all orders are started in the order they are received. If the wait times get too long we will notify you and let you know what number you are in queue and the ETA. Then you can either decide to wait or get a refund.
Do you give updates on the service?
Yes, you can login with your registered email on our website and click on "View Order Status". From there, you will see an update on how far we've progressed with your game service. Some of our services will also have screenshots posted for you to view your current Order Status. We make updates every 12 hours. If you do not see an update, kindly email us and we will respond to you immediately.
Can I login to my account while it is being serviced?
Yes. It is your account so you have every right to use it when you want. However, if you decide to login, then we cannot guarantee that you will reach your desired level since you have interrupted the service. Logging into your account is reserved for emergency reasons and you must email us before doing so. After emailing us, you can change your password temporarily and login. When you are finished using your account, change the password back to the one you originally gave us and send us an email letting us know that we can now continue the service.
What is your Return / Refund policy?
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! Our goal is to provide the best service available and to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service within 30 days from placing your order, you are entitled to a refund. If we start your service but do not complete it 100%, you are entitled to a prorated refund. Our billing department will calculate a prorated refund based on the amount of service we have already provided to you. For example, if you ordered a power leveling service from level 20 to 80 and after we get you to level 75, you decide you want to level 75 to 80 by yourself, then we would refund you the cost of 75 to 80. Game items purchased on our site that cost gaming points to be obtained are also prorated in this similar fashion due to the fact that we are providing a service to obtain the product rather than the product itself. For example, if you purchased a PvP sword that requires 3000 arena points and after we've made 1500 arena points for you, you decide you don't want the sword any longer, we will fairly deduct the service fee that was already rendered (1500 arena points) and refund you the other half. After 30 days from placing your order, you are entitled to an exchange of services for the remaining portion of uncompleted service. If you are not sure which services to exchange for, we can offer you a discount coupon that you can use in the future.
Do I get to keep all loot and game currency collected?
Yes, you keep it all. If you have used other power-leveling services in the past you will probably have noticed that there wasn't much if any game currency or good loot at the end of the service. That's because those companies sell your loot for game currency and then sell that for a profit. It's just a simple gimmick really, they will charge less for the service but they make up for it when they sell all your good drops and game currency for real money. With us, your character keeps everything.
Do you use bots?
No, absolutely not. We do not use bots, cheats, or third-party software of any kind. These methods are a sure way to get your account suspended or banned. Your account will always be played by a real person.
If I find a cheaper price, will you match it?
Unfortunately, we do not price match. The reason is that the cheaper price you found is from a foreign company with poor support compared to our U.S. standards. It is like comparing apples to oranges. We are so confident that our service can out-perform any other company out there that there is no comparison. What it boils down to is you get what you pay for: something "Made in China" or something "Made in the U.S.A."
