Network Engineer

The ideal candidate will develop engineering solutions for IP network improvement, upgrade and expansion. The Associate Network Engineer will report to the Senior Network Engineer and work on a number of key activities that focus on maintaining a stable operation of IP network routing supporting Yeh! for Games' offices and gaming sites. The successful candidate must be able to quickly troubleshoot IP network problems and provide sound engineering solutions by maintaining deep knowledge of the company's Telecom Data Network architecture, topology and up-to-date configuration details.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Math degree or equivalent work experience is required
• 3-5 years experience in large IP networks design, deployment and operation
• In depth understanding of OSI data model, IP addressing, Subnetting, and VLSM
• In depth understanding of IP networking including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, LDP, RSVP, RIP), and advanced networking technologies MPLS TE, L2 MPLS VPN, L3 MPLS VPN, GRE, PPTP, L2TP.
• In depth understanding of IP network QoS techniques (DiffServ, RSVP, Queuing, Traffic Policing) and deployment practice in large networks
• In depth understanding of IP network security support including Firewalls and NAT implementations, DOS and DDOS detection and mitigation, IDS, Radius, IPSec, AAA, Content Screening
• In depth understanding of internal and external routing protocols (TCP/IP, IPSec, ATM, IPX, SNA, DLSW+, DHCP, DNS, CDP and SNMP) to include VoIP protocols: SIP, SIP-T, RTP, MCGP, MEGACO, H.323
• Working knowledge of Cisco 76/65xx routers, Cisco10200, Cisco PIX, CSM, VPN Concentrators, Anti-Virus and URL filtering gateways
• CCNA, CCNP preferred

Customer Relations Associate

The ideal candidates will have a background and/or strong interest in massively multiplayer online games (MMOGs and MMORPGs). In this key role, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our virtual services, and you will provide information on service availability, price, as well as offering our customers general gaming advice.

• College degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service for a corporation, preferably in the gaming industry
• Minimum of 1 year gaming experience in the World of Warcraft®, preferably having reached Level 60
• Able to follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the service provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
• Ability to manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our company’s history, service offerings and communications/advertising program
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive personality and self-motivator
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
• Team player able to develop collegial relations with co-workers

Professional Gamer

The ideal candidates will be passionate about playing online video games, especially World of Warcraft®. If you are an avid WoW gamer, have excellent communication skills, come be a part of our team and help us provide great service to the MMO gaming community!

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years gaming experience in the World of Warcraft®, reaching Level 70 in The Burning Crusade® is a must
• In depth understanding of PvP tactics and strategies for every class in the Arena, preferably having achieved at least a 2100 Team Rating in 2v2 Arena
• Ability to remain focused in a team-oriented PvE Raid environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including leetspeak is a plus
• Good spelling/grammar is a must

Security Research Analyst

The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems with an emphasis in the area of security/privacy. The Security Research Analyst is responsible for protecting customer accounts by researching and analyzing all manner of keyloggers, spywares, and other malicious software threats (from install to removal). The ideal candidate will report to the Network Security Manager and work together to focus on maintaining a safe and secure digital environment at our gaming sites.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 1 year software development or testing experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of virus, Trojan, keyloggers, adware, malware and spyware a plus
• Thorough knowledge of Windows Operating System specially the registry and the system tasks
• In depth understanding of TCP/IP
• Intermediate to advanced experience using the following applications: anti-spyware, anti-virus, personal security apps
• Heavy use of internal/external programs/utilities that monitor/identify system processes, registry data, network traffic, etc. is a must
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize projects as need in a fast paced environment
• A talent for quickly grasping new concepts and applying them to projects
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, analyze and translate into tangible results
