The Death Knight Season 8 Arena Armors is the best PvP gear in the game for Deathknights. A Death Knight that specs in Blood will be better off in PvE than in PvP because of its great tanking abilities. But to see the Death Knight shine in the WoW Arena, Death Knights should focus on the Frost and Unholy tree, improving ways to prevent from being kited in the Arena and countering spells and heals. As a Death Knight dons on his S8 Wrathful Gladiator's Dreadplate armors, he will notice massive increases in strength and stamina. If a DK wears the full 5 piece set of the S8 Arena set, he will also regenerate runic power whenever he is struck by movement impairing effects. This is extremely important, allowing the Deathknight to use more abilities such as Death Grip to get his opponents into melee range despite his slowed effect. Do not forget to buy the Death Knight's single most important PvP relic: the Wrathful Gladiator's Sigil of Strife. Using Plague Strike while equipping the Sigil of Strife is a force to be reckoned with.

Death Knights in WoW Arena
Death Knights in the Arena are a spell caster's nightmare. Deathknight can cast spells like Anti-Magic Shell and Strangulate, which is a counterspell that silences and damages opponents. As the Death Knight gets into melee range, they can also use Mind Freeze, which locks a caster out of 10 seconds of spell casting. Extremely effective against spell casters. If timed correctly, it will make casters cry and go into a fetal position. Furthermore, Death Knights can reduce the healing effects of healers by using Degeneration, countering Heal over Time (HoT) spells
In the WoW Arena, it is difficult to kite a Death Knight. Those who try to kite a Deathknight will find Death Grip pulling you to the Death Knight's melee range. Death Knights can then freeze their opponents in place with Chains of Ice or Hungering Cold. In short, kiting a Death Knight is near impossible in the Arena.
Perhaps one of the most interesting features of the Death Knight in the WoW Arena is the ability to Raise Dead. If a Deathknight's partner dies in the Arena, he can raise his partner's corpse back up into a pet Ghoul to fight alongside the Death Knight.
