As for Heroic Mechanar dungeon loot, it is much longer because there is a lockout time restriction in the game of 1 day per heroic instance dungeon, meaning we can only do 1 Mechanar on Heroic mode every 24 hours.  If the heroic loot has a drop rate of 10% (1 out of every 10 boss kills), then you're looking at about 10 successful Heroic boss kills to get your loot.  Thus, 10 boss kills require at least 10 days because we can only do 1 Heroic Mechanar per day.");
