Does your WoW hunter need more attack power or critical strike to own in PvP? If he does, then you've come to the right place. Yeh! for Games, Inc. will help your hunter farm honor points so he can buy the hunter PvP honor armor sets, more specifically, the Pursuit set. Additionally, you can also buy the Vindicator chain sets for your hunter here if you want to further increase your PvP prowess. If your hunter is in serious need of a brand new PvP weapon, there are good PvP bows and guns that can be bought with the honor points we farm on our PvP Weapons page.

Hunter PvP Honor Rewards Rules
Hunters in WoW PvP Battlegrounds
Battlegrounds offer the PvP hunter a pretty good line of sight because of wide open spaces which makes it easier for him to do his thing and shoot easily at opponents without too many obstacles getting in the way or providing refuge for his opponents. His speed also comes in handy here, since he can easily outrun most targets to keep them from getting away and thus getting the kill. The BG hunter’s speed also makes him an ideal flag carrier in the Warsong Gulch battleground. He can quickly get ahead of the mob chasing him and get the flag back to his base to score additional honor points.
Another great ability of the hunter in BGs is his traps to slow or hinder his opponents. Experienced opponents will be on the lookout for this however, since they can see the trapping animation when a hunter squats and can even read what traps are set in the combat log. The chaos of the battleground group fights will still make it likely that someone will fall into the hunter’s trap, so he should set them whenever he can. The PvP hunter can also make his trap setting less noticeable by moving while setting.
The most important thing for a hunter in battlegrounds is his mana. Without mana the hunter cannot dps and is useless. Without mana he also can’t kite which is sometimes necessary to stay alive. Getting some good PvP hunter armor and gear that gives him as much mana as possible will make the hunter a more viable battleground competitor. He should also try to get a lot of hp to stay alive in intense battles and a high ranged attack power so he can be a more efficient marksman. One option for the battleground hunter is to buy a PvP hunter weapon reward and all out spec in marksman to make him a damage machine. Although he will have to sacrifice survivability and become an easier target, he may end up getting more kills and more honor points in the end with the support of his team. Ultimately, it comes down to the hunter’s preferred playing style and skill.
